This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the personal data processing activities carried out by DLM SRL through the site www.dlm-isolazioni.it (Site) and the commitments undertaken by the Company in this respect.   7. the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling and, at least in such cases, clear, meaningful information on the logic used, as well as the isignificance and potential consequences of such processing for the data subject

12.2 Right under Article 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten/of oblivion")

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller shall be obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if any of the following reasons applies:


  1. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; or

  2. the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) and there is no other legal basis for the processing; or

  3. the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and there is no overriding legitimate ground for the processing, or objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2); or

  4. the personal data have been processed unlawfully

  5. the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject

12.3 Right under Art. 18 Right to restrict processing The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing in any of the following cases:

  1. the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data

  2. If the processing of personal data is unlawful and the data subject objects to erasure, they may request that their data be restricted.

  3. Additionally, if the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data is necessary for the data subject to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, the data may be restricted;

  4. If the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the processing should be put on hold until it is verified whether the controller's legitimate grounds override those of the data subject.

12.4 Right under Article 20 Right to data portability

Under Article 20, the data subject has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format from a data controller. They also have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without any hindrance from the original data controller.
